Marbella, September 8, 2016: on Tuesday September 13th at 12:30 pm there will be the announcement of the launch of the Optima-CRM software for Real Estate in the Press Room of the City Hall of Marbella. A revolutionary and pioneering system, created by OptimaSys Group Spain and focused on real estate and property management, which has chosen Marbella as its launch location.
Creating Optima-CRM is a response to the local and international lack of a comprehensive solution to these businesses. A new concept that combines the advantages of existing property systems and CRM, with a lot of elements that were missing until now. In short, it’s a project that has reinvented virtually every aspect of how a real estate business manages its business using a specialised system built on new technologies. The Costa del Sol has a huge market potential of opportunities now the crisis has past, whereby many new agencies emerge, which also has led to the election of the municipality as a basis for its official launch which will take place in the auditorium of Andalucía Lab on Thursday September 15th at 10:00am.
The press conference will be attended by Marbella’s Town Hall Managing Director of Innovation and eGovernment, Manuel Morales Lopez, and the founder of OptimaSys Group Spain, Geert Rillaerts.
