This year’s Real Estate Conference that was held on 15.9.2016 in Andalucía Lab, Marbella, saw a total of 86 companies participate, all in search of solutions on how to win in today’s New Economy.

OptimaSys, together with Dow Jones London announced the release to the general public of the Optima-CRM for Real Estate solution.

Marbella’s Town Hall delegate, Manuel Morales López, delegate of Innovation and Electronic Administration, kicked off the conference, showing the city’s support for innovative companies and initiatives as this one. Marbella was chosen for the official launch of the solution as it’s currently the heart of real estate growth in Spain and couldn’t be a better place to present a solution that deals with exactly these topics.

Adrian Mutti gave the audience an overview of what’s happening in the real estate market and how companies need  to arm themselves to survive and win in the New Economy, where many real estate agencies are fighting for often the same clients abroad, with similar or identical products. The digital revolution enabled this business model yet more companies know how to turn this to their advantage so that competition gets fiercer as time goes by. Hence the necessity to introduce tools and methods to cope with this and allow the serious real estate businesses to gain the market share they so much work for.

Geert Rillaerts, OptimaSys’ Founder & CEO continued the conference with the announcement and official launch to the general public of Optima-CRM for Real Estate, Powered by Dow Jones alt=”crm for real estate” target=”_new”. The solution has been in pilot period since January 2016 and now is in General Availability status, which means that other real estate businesses are welcomed to join this steadily growing network of professional real estate businesses.

Carly Unwin, holiday rentals specialist explained the complexities of managing short term rentals and how easy-to-use and functionally complete it has been integrated into Optima-CRM.

Rodrigo Espinosa, Compliance Specialist with Dow Jones, London, handled the last topic of the conference with an in-depth view in the needs of legal compliance. Dow Jones Factiva is a world class solution that is being integrated into Optima-CRM so that real estate businesses more easily can comply with legal duties and regulations.

Finally as tradition calls, OptimaSys CEO Geert Rillaerts announced the winners of this version’s conference and rewarded both existing clients as others in the auditorium.
