It’s certainly not the final curtain for Real Estate in Spain!

‘When the fat lady sings’ is a reasonable answer to the question ‘when will it be over’?

Well she has sung and all the preparation for our latest event at ANDALUCÍA LAB, Elviria went with equal amount of drama as any theatrical production!

This wasn’t some long played out Opera; it was fast paced, full of energy and filled with the tools to make your own stage.

CURTAINS UP!

It all goes on behind the scenes before you put on your show. There was the decision to be made as to the content, what does every Estate Agent really need to know to get ahead? So born was the title for the Event ‘Outrunning Your Competition in Real Estate’.

Gauging by the outcome I think overall it was balanced in its delivery. It’s a tough call to engage the beginners and more intermediate Digital Marketing users out there.

Clearly though the attendees were hungry for some new insights and ways to enhance their business performance and the complete novices were glad the event proved to be entertaining and not mind numbing! Our attitude is to help everyone absorb the information in a more user-friendly way.  Information was provided to help them campaign their Digital Marketing strategies and get to work on the basics of SEO (Search Engine Optimisation).

BACKSTAGE

Setting up and preparing was effortless with the aid of the employees at Andalucía Lab. As always they were efficient and professional and everything went without a hitch.

The energy was building from the moment people arrived; the music was lively and played to a backdrop of pictures of us all working at the office.  This is the vibe you come to expect at OptimaSit.com, keeping it current, lively and fresh from the technical to the creative. Who says it can’t be fun!

The morning was set in action with the director of Andalucía Lab, José Luis Córdoba. Introductions made, the show was ready to begin.

 

 

Representing OptimaSit.com on stage each with their individual characters and personalities were Adrian Mutti who opened the stage for the first two acts delivered by Geert Rillaerts and Sonia Ingriselli.

 

Act 1:

THE MARKETING WORLD TODAY

Before communicating the Marketing World of today to the audience, Geert had us all on stage. We are some of the behind the scenes crew at OptimaSit.com, where we provide a mix of services in the Online Digital World of Marketing and we all have our part to play.

THE SCRIPT

Our goal and main purpose of the day was to offer insight for the Real Estate Businesses and be the catalyst for change, in this fast moving, ever-changing online world, using SEO and Digital Marketing as the basis of the content in a language you understand.

 

 

YOU GET THE PICTURE – DO NOT REPEAT – DO NOT OVERUSE THEM!!

 

There is a lot goes on behind the scenes as you were informed by the delivery of Sonia Ingriselli’s straight talking, ever so entertaining presentation. She certainly holds a captive audience and compels you to pay attention as she delivers with vigor and zealousness. She transported everyone inside the mind of a search engine. To the amusement of us all she has created a new language of ‘Googlish’. I reckon those classes will fill up quickly, but I’d imagine it would a bit more of a challenge than Spanish to most! We’ll see this term go viral before long! That said OptimaSit.com do pride themselves in their multi-lingual team.

 

Act 3:

Victoria Anzola from Iberdata 21 added to the event the steps required to stay on the right side of the law. Your business must be in compliance and this is an area often overlooked so we felt it vitally important to add it to our agenda. We will gladly guide you through this process if you have further questions needing answered. Don’t be caught out!
