Holiday rentals, also referred to as short term rentals, is a challenging niche market where only a minority of agencies dare to enter, especially due to the complexity of the administrative process involved. Holiday rentals management can be compared with a hotels management but then in an even more complex way. To enable these companies, as well as to enable other companies to enter this niche market, OptimaSys is developing a new module to their Optima-CRM solution which will enable the complete management of rental properties, enquiries, bookings online & off-line, work order management, 3rd party accesses (owners can block their own properties for own usage, follow up on financials of rentals, 3rd party companies can login to perform the necessary work orders, etc.), promotions management, and much more.
